iPhone 11Screen replacementMy phone was truly battered up, it felt like it was about to die!I got a great price and great service! When my phone crashed after 4 years, and I couldn't get it to switch back on properly and the cloud back up also seemed to have failed, I thought I had lost all my data. I was devastated as I thought I had lost some very precious, sentimental memories. I thought all hope was lost, as I had even reset my phone to factory settings in a vain attempt to start it up again.I brought the phone in to Daffy anyway, having very low hope that anything could be rescued. To my amazement, after a few weeks, Daffy was able to recover not only thousands of photos, but also documents and audio files, as well as contacts and text messages. All in all, the total data recovered exceeded 50 Gb. I was astonished, and hugely relieved. All delivered with his usual friendly customer service! Would definitely come here again if have any further issues with my phone.

The quality of the work undertaken here was second to none. I was so pleased with the result, made my phone look like new.He was very professional from the start and flexible enough to accommodate me. When I arrived at the store, he took time to inspect the phone, explain what he would be doing and manage my expectations with timescales for completion.I received a call about 1 hour before I was expecting to inform me that the work was complete. I was extremely happy with the work and would use again.

I smashed the top of the screen of my Iphone 11 with a dumbbell which affected the face ID recognition and the front camera as well. Daffy was great, he was honest with me and explained step by step what was he going to do. It took about 2 hours and when the job was done he made sure it was everything working fine, he checked the face ID, front camera which is now working perfectly fine (I didnt have much hope about this), also checked the speaker, tried call me to test the sound and that it was charging properly. The screen is a very good quality and sealing looks great and my phone is back to normal.I did struggle to contact at first as the shop was closed but I found out I could message on google maps or whatsapp the number that appears on google, had a rapid response.Thank you for your service.

iPod Touch 7 rebuilt piece by piece!Originally I came to Daffy with my iPod Touch 7 with a screen issue. We both thought initially that the screen was damaged due to overheating or being dropped but this was far from the truth!When Daffy opened it up it was revealed to me that this wasn't a genuine iPod Touch but a bad refurbished one from China. It turns out they had used a 5th gen model and did a poor job at turning it into a 7th gen. The battery was glued with a thin tiny adhesive, various screws and parts missing and a poor soldering job on the motherboard. This resulted in my iPod being a nightmare to repair.I am very pleased to say that Daffy did a fantastic job of fixing my iPod. Effectively rebuilding it piece by piece, I now have more or less a brand new iPod thanks to him! I was very impressed with the level of work and detail that went into fixing my device.It was important for me to get my iPod fixed as it contained a years worth of my data, from my photos, videos and music and I'm happy that Daffy was able to bring it all back!!Your device, whatever faults it may have are in good hands with Daffy at Firebird Solutions.Thank you!!!

What a great find. I had an old but very good Samsung S6 that needed a new battery. This was the only shop capable of doing the job correctly and Daffy also gave it a full clean inside and a service. I was shown what he was doing each step of the way as he completed the work and fitted a genuine Samsung battery.DO NOT go anywhere else for phone repairs.

I had an urgent issue with my Samsung galaxy A21s, I had spilt water on it without realising so it had been sat in water for a long time. The screen was becoming unresponsive and had a green tint plus purple lines. Daffy was very quick to help me and sort out my problem even though he had another customer he was dealing with. He took the time to back up my phone and explain to me every process along with a very clear idea of the cost. If you are struggling to get hold of him use Facebook or WhatsApp and he will respond very quickly. Really excellent customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Firebird solutions to any one.

I had dropped my new Moto E13 before I had a case for it and cracked the screen. Daffy took great care to get a genuine replacement screen and replaced it without any loss of function. He also fitted a new screen protector. I am really pleased it is just like new

Daffy was so helpful, and went above and beyond to arrange this. He was courteous, helpful, friendly and professional. Before returning my phone, he tested everything in front of me to make sure everything worked. I would highly recommend.As he works by himself, it is necessary to make an appointment for a repair.

Dealing with Daffy was a fantastic experience. Replaced my battery in Google pixel 4XL and documented it with plenty of photos to walk me through the process. One thing to note he works per appointment so be sure to contact him via phone number or find him on Whatsapp beforehand.
