I've been going to fieldsports for years, and now ian runs the show along with his colleague Peter"ian is a great guy to deal with and has sorted me out with a decent service which beats any other firearms dealer around.very welcoming by both ian and Peter

Got wrong ammo supplied, but seller returned it.More friendliness and helpfulness would have been nice.Good selection of guns and other gear.

Visited today for the first time. The welcome, knowledge and help from Ian was outstanding. Took the time to speak with me and helped with the equipment I need. I will be using this shop now for all my future needs. Worth the 40 minute drive that’s for sure. Outstanding!

A very friendly and inviting shop for all your air rifle and pistol needs. Everything from the guns to ammo and accessories on hand. The store owner is very friendly and always forthcoming with advice and opinions from many years of experience in this particular area. All advice is very honest, even if it results in less sales for the store which is always a very good sign they care about what they do and the future business returning customers give over instant sales then and there. I've now bought two rifles over the last 5 years, both here. On my second buy I worry this is going to become a habit but at least I have somewhere I can go knowing I can trust them!Both rifles I've got now are preowned but in amazing condition and worth every penny. You can buy just the weapon, a starter pack with a rifle bag and bullets or even just pop in for other bits like the off bit of useful outdoors equipment, knives etc. Support your local businesses where you can, you won't get the same service from online.

Even though I'm not in the market for equipment just yet (still waiting for my gun applications to be approved), I pop into the shop to check out what's available. Last week I found something that I could buy, venison, so over recent days we have tried the venison and cranberry burgers which have a hint of herbs. They stay together well during cooking, and are really flavourful. Then onto the venison and black pepper sausages. They cook really well, contained within a lightweight skin, and the pepper gives them a pleasant kick. I've heard that the minced meat makes a tasty spag bol, so that's next on the menu.Try the products yourself, I'm sure you'll enjoy them.

Great shop more in there than I thought and the owner is really helpful and willing to talk about what you need. Next time I'm in Rhyl I'll pop in again.
