Great serviceAdditional pointsWe came to the store to purchase school shoes we found exactly what we wanted straight away. As much as I detest after sales, our assistant was patient to explain the shoe freshener machine.My son is remote learning so we have not used the shoes yet but I will be happy to update on whether it worked!!It was just a great customer experience. My assistant was 075 John. He was extrely attentove and My son really enjoyed shopping with him. ( Lakeside branch). He deserves some.form of recognition.

I went in to exchange a pair of wedge sandals, I didn't have a receipt just proof on my bank statement, so I wasn't expecting anything, but to my surprise I could exchange, the only thing is they didn't have my size, so the assistant ( Jamie or James, fabulous and a credit to the store) said I could have a similar pair, which once again I was surprised at. I took the pair of sandals to the till and got an even bigger surprise, they were in the sale so I got money back aswell. I will definitely shop at shuh lakeside again, the customer service was outstanding.

Good customer service the sales team on the shop floor were very patient and helpful, I was very stressed on this day as I had ordered from elsewhere shoes that had not arrived on time for a wedding. The sales team helped a lot.

Staff are well trained and serve with a smile.A really young team so props to the manager of the store who has obviously done a great job in training the team to provide a great consistent level of service.Lots of staff around too in the weekend and everyone approachable.They have scanners around their neck for quick stock checks which was helpful.Overall really impressed with how the store was run. Well done team lakeside.

Went in as soon as the store opened. The staff were too busy having a meeting and we were ignored. Looking for a pair of school shoes which were £60 standard! Seriously? Shame really because the Romford branch is so much nicer and seems to be cheaper!

I bought a pair of shoes and after 5 days came back to return it because they were very uncomfortable. They refused to take them because i wore them at home. Pictures are taken after i was refused refund.

As I walked in, I knew what I wanted. The staff was amazing. Fitted one, and he immediately saw I was not happy and brought me the perfect pair. Had such a good experience that I will def go back here for shoes from now on.

Extremely helpful, professional, polite. Great shoes. I was served by a lovely lady called Grace. She was excellent at her job. The other chaps that were working were also excellent. Well done.
