Connswater Family Practice

Absolutely worst reception I have ever came across. Have been trying to get through from 9 am this morning for a patient of this practice. Has disabilities main speech. Doesn.t have confidence in phoning this herself anymore. I have witnessed the way she is treated wen she does phone. I.ve been put on hold 4 times today. Longest 12 minutes shortest 9 minutes. To have phone go dead

Called at 8.30am and now its been 3 hours of hold being told your call is very important to us

Ive always had the best of treatment at this practice both Doctors and staff do a great job which is difficult with covid restrictions which are not their fault no complaints whatsoever

I've been going to this practice since I was born, and I have never had a problem with anybody there, be it doctor or receptionist. Waiting times for a phone call are nobody's fault, and I've always had friendly service when I get through.
