Decided last minute that I wanted birthday balloons for someone special. Looked everywhere and was about to give up when I randomly saw The Balloon works. So I had a look and it was the only option where I can place an order on Saturday and get it delivered on Monday! The price for balloons were amazing and even price for delivery was reasonable considering it was so last minute. Quality was amazing and delivery driver was so fun and friendly! I’m really happy with my experience and would recommend this company to everyone!!!

I bought the Hat Box Flower and Balloon for valentines day and I was disappointed as it doesn't look like the picture as seen on the website, there weren't any confetti inside the Balloon either. Another bigger disappointment was finding out that the flowers were fake. There's no description or mention that they would be fake flowers on the website.Perhaps adding sizes would also help as I didn't realise how big it was going to be.I emailed the shop but never heard back.That is the last time I buy from there.

Absolutely fantastic service. I ordered some balloons for next day delivery for my son's birthday. My husband had booked us a table and we needed to leave at 1045 am. The balloons were due to be delivered between 10 & 2. I contacted Laura who was so helpful and the balloons were delivered early. Laura even called to say they were on their way and would be with us in 5 minutes.Amazing service, fantastic balloons! Couldn't recommend more, many thanks!

I’ve used Balloon Works for every birthday in our family for the last few years. They are well priced, incredibly efficient and their doorstep delivery of huge balloon in a timed window is great! They’re so much better than the balloon store in NW6 I used to use! Thank you Balloon Works, see you in December! (if not before)

I ordered a 1.5m balloon garland for a 21st birthday party. Laura was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. She made us a beautiful garland which was a highlight of the party. It was ready right on time. Excellent customer service and communication. Thank you Laura!

Great store. It makes you want to throw lots of parties. The lady was so helpful when we popped in on the Friday of the Jubilee weekend. And one balloon is still going strong a month and a half later!

*Sad to say I have had to edit this since a new staff member started. Hit and miss now. Extremely rude and impatient member of staff who really spoils an otherwise amazing shop and service! Great shame!I love that these guys are local to me. Always so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for my daughter's first birthday balloons! They made a big difference to her day! She adored them and in these tricky times we all need a bit of fun and brightness!
