Ha sido una experiencia gratificante. Pilar me ayudado mucho a poder enfocar algunos problemas de otra manera. A pesar de que la clase es online, es una persona muy cercano.

Cuando hice la primera sesión no sabía ni en qué consistía ni qué trabajar con ella, pero tras la primera sesión conseguimos sacar muchos temas a tratar. Sesión tras sesión me he ido sintiendo mejor, he conseguido tener el valor de enfrentarme a muchas cosas que no tenía y gracias a ella tengo muchas herramientas para seguir trabajando.Por todo esto y todo lo demás en lo que me sigue ayudando he de darle las gracias y la recomiendo, las sesiones con ella son una gran ayuda para enfrentar el día a día.

A friend recommended Pilar to me as a coach in a time when I was very stuck, alone and all very under the surface. Opening up to Pilar, showed me I didn't have to do it alone. Just being able to talk openly and freely to her, without judgment, gave me the space ad clarity to see the dark overwhelming clouds in my life for what they were: fears, untrue beliefs and narrowed perspectives that I'd let grow in my mind. Problems that could be solved. She always listened with sympathy, with understanding and asked questions to help guide me through and give me the perspective I needed to make real changes. Working with her and leaning on her wisdom, empathy and tough love has caused dramatic changes in my life over the past year. I credit her for giving me the strength and clarity to getting my independence and authenticiy back and making so many healthy changes in such a short time.
