Great work and price.

Very disappointed with the rude and abrupt service when you came to fit my 88yr-old mother's bathroom carpet. We had agreed that we would dispose of the old carpet to avoid your extra disposal charge. You then insisted on charging her an extra £40 for taking up the old carpet (all 3 sq. m of it!!) without disposing of it. She paid the bill to avoid further unpleasantness, but we're not happy about it.

Really good service and products, fair pricing, the fitting service is excellent and we could not ask for more, this is the business to go to for flooring.

We were looking for some grey floor covering. I was ringing around after experiencing some appalling service from a major supplier we'd used several times before in Launceston! I found the attitude here refreshingly polite and courteous, something sadly lacking these days. Unfortunately I managed to get a remnant nearer home that were able to fit next day which appealed as we wished to move our project forward. However, I would not hesitate to contact the Carpet Center again in the future.
