Awful unreliable cleaning services, appalling attitude from Julie gerkin the owner.

Ladybird did such a wonderful job today. They went above and beyond to give a really good all-round clean, were professional and lovely too. I would highly recommend them.

Appalling cleaning, caused us to lose our 5 star rating on Airbnb and was also the reason we had to refund guests due to uncleanliness. There were rotten flowers, unemptied bins, no bin liners, sofas covered in dog hair, food remains on sides & floor, bedding put on out of packaging and floors not even hoovered let alone mopped. When confronted with photos of her teams 'cleaning' standards, Julie (owner) proceeded to send an onslaught of absolutely awful, vile personal abuse. We parted ways with Julie and asked for all our bedding back and it got worse, she had no idea where it was. We had to wait weeks whilst she collected it back in from other peoples beds! Julie witheld our bedding from us, demanding we pay her, which hindered the running of our business and cost us further money for replacement bedding. We never received all our bedding back from this appalling company. We paid Julie, refunded our guests, paid again for a proper clean and had to buy a whole set of bedding to keep running smoothly. This company cost us greatly and no one should be spoken to the way I was. Avoid at all costs.

I arranged for Ladybird cleaning to clean my parents home, my mother has Alzheimer’s and my farther cares for her. Explained the situation, they gave a textbook response, stated they had a background in the care sector, CRB checked all their employees etc.Week 1 - Text me the night before stating their car had broken down and couldn’t make the scheduled slot. But categorically stated they would attend the next weekWeek 2 - Did not turn up. Called to enquire about the situation and the phone was put down on me when I gave my name. Did not return any messages

Julie is a miracle worker. Once a week she comes to my house and, like a whirlwind, she tidies and cleans the mess that my family makes and we return to an oasis of clean calm that smells fresh and lovely.
