CDS Electrical

We used CDS for our solar installation. The system has now been in a couple of months so we have had a chance to get used to it. Our experience with CDS has been positive all the way, yes we had to wait for product availability as we ordered when many items were in short supply but I think it was worth the wait to get CDS to do the work. Don't rush a big project.5.5kW solar array, Tesla battery, Zappi EV charger, Eddi hot water heating along with all the controls, so the whole system. All working very well and they co-ordinated scaffolding and roof work well. When an extra CT clamp was needed they came and fitted it no hassle when I asked. Our electric car came much sooner than expected so they came and fitted the EV charging point in advance of all the other equipment at relatively short notice - thank you.I would summarise as quality equipment, helpful office staff, good fitters on site and in general a good reliable local company.

I am so happy with the service and works carried out by CDS Electrical. This is my first house and I was put at ease from the initial appointment. The engineers were great, arrived on time, so friendly, answered all of my questions and left my house clean and tidy. I would absolutely recommended this company. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

I had CDS install Solar Panels and also a Zappi charger last year so this review also includes follow up service and minor query resolution.. Couldn't be happier! Chas and Ed and the rest of the team were,and continue to be excellent, not only with the initial installations but also with minor issues that inevitably occur with these types of projects. I would highly recommend, also a shout out to the lovely ladies in the Office. Local, professional proficient and a pleasure to do business with!

We highly recommend this company. CDS Electrical installed a Tesla Powerwall battery with whole home backup a month ago and were also able to sort out a problem with our PV inverter left by a previous company, at no extra charge.From our first point of contact with the office through the initial visit, the installation and the after-sales service we have been extremely impressed by everyone in the company. They were all helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. The installation was done quickly and the cost was less than other quotes we had received. Everything is working beautifully and the whole home backup facility is a life saver. (We live rurally and get a lot of power cuts - three in the last month - but we no longer have to worry so much about these.)Many thanks to Corin and the team.

CDS electrical completed the portable appliance testing in our nursing home. The service was prompt, thorough and the technician was professional and very polite. We look forward to working with them again in the future. Highly recommended.

£927.95 bill for a disabled family in sheltered accommodation! £801.95 (repairs) what exactly did you repair? + £126.00 what for? (service contract).I will be contacting my landlord and questioning what exactly you repaired! Then I will be going to trading standards.

The team at CDS understood what I needed from an Electric car charger and recommended the right unit. The installation was quick and the installer was knowledgable and friendly. When a small plastic piece on the holder failed a few days after installation it was replaced quickly without any fuss. The app was easy to install and the charger itself performs well at 7.3KW. A excellent experience with CDS and I will recommend to a friend who has just bought a new EV.

I used CDS to install solar panels and all associated equipment including Tesla Powerwall battery storage. I am very happy with the quality of the work and the overall system performance, I would recommend them to anyone considering solar energy.

Poor driving standards. LR 65 KHB 09.06.22 junction of Brodrick Road and Brassey Avenue approx 07:15hrs. Overtaking a cyclist at the junction and cutting the corner squeezing the cyclist into the kerb and so close that said cyclist thumped on the side of the van. The van then pulled up to the queue of traffic waiting at the level crossing where the cyclist caught up with him. Had the cyclist had recording equipment the van would have been reported to the police for dangerous driving. By the way, did you seriously write yourself a 5star review six years ago as per your reviews?

So pleased with my new air conditioning systems that were fitted to our new offices by CDS Electrical this week, the guys were clean, polite and very professional. They did a really nice and tidy job and thorough commissioning, testing and walk through afterwards. CDS did fit my 1st air conditioning at my home office 6 years ago and that one is still going strong also. I'd definingly recommend speaking with CDS Electrical if you are considering air-conditioning for home or work.
