Sean Elder Therapies

Sean is a terrific therapist. I visit each year to visit family and train in the area and make sure a pit stop on his massage table is in the diary to keep my muscles and joints moving. Simply the best sports massage I've had.

Sean is a miracle worker! I had an incredibly sore shoulder ( common menopause issue) the pain would wake me up at night. I hade even considered steroid injections. Three sessions with Sean and it was massively improved. A year later and it’s still good. I can’t recommend him enough. He really targets his treatments.

I am a regular gym goer who always tends to neglect importance of stretching. I have arranged a 1-to-1 stretching session and massage with Sean. Very impressed how knowledgeable and experienced he is. Stretching was specifically tailored to my needs and massage was very relaxing. Would highly recommend Sean to anybody.

Really top class, Sean's experience & medical knowledge means he stands uniquely above and delivers beyond anyone else. Any time I feel a bit rubbish, I check the diary and remember why - it's just been too long without an Appointment. So, go see Sean. When I do, my productivity, mood, shoulders, sinuses, back, legs, everything just seems to work again. Guy is a legend. Would recommend.

Nicely set up and private. Arrived a little early, but that was no problem. Sean was very welcoming and quickly had me organized. The massage was a full massage, and was extremely good. This is not some fly by night massage therapist, but someone who knows his stuff. Thank you Sean!

I stumbled upon Sean whilst looking for a local massage therapist to work out some chronic tension in my back and shoulder and got so much more with the combined deep stretching session too. I was amazed by the stretching that I could achieve, especially as I had been finding it difficult to reach the problem area with my previous stretching techniques and physio. I was reassured by his pre-appointment information gathering as I have not long recovered from breaking my spine and wearing a back brace, and he was able to tailor the stretches and massage to meet my needs exactly for a personalised approach.
