I came very frustrated with my blocked bank account and I met employee named Gabriel super guy very helpful and understood my situation he helped me resolve my problem. 5 stars for him and he should get pay rise.

I'm extremely disappointed that this bank that claims to be number one in service didn't do what they were supposed to do. I just need to print a one-page rental agreement as proof of address. Obviously the printer is right next to it, but a male employee said it couldn't be used. The temper is very bad, please don't go to this store, the experience is very bad! !I have also attached the employee's picture

Went into metro bank the branch in manchester city centre to open community/Mosque account. I was told they are busy atm but I can be put on the waiting list, 30mins waiting time. I got got a text message within 30mins, went back in the branch and the whole process took just over 2 hours and our account was opened. Very good service, helpful staff. Special thanks to CHUKS who opened our account for us. Highly recommended

Turned up during regular opening hours, it was closed with a sign on the door. Annoying because I went out of my way from bury to get there, meaning a drive and a tram ride that myself and my dad both had to pay for.

If there was a zero star, that’s what I would give! Their customer service is horrendous and the male employee who talked to us refused to talk to me and asked the person i accompanied and quickly said they can’t open an account because he doesn’t speak English! Actually the person I was with do speak English and is new here and is not yet used to the system. I don’t recommend this bank! I was a customer and I plan to leave the bank with rude employee!

WOW WHAT A JOKE BANK! RUBBISH! COUSTMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE , I went there with my mate so he can't speak very well English so they refused to speak to me and even do a translation for him! So they refused to give him a statement cause he can't speak English, that girl there or I should say a proper monster was very rude!she was like you take a seat, we don't speak to you! Iam like chill out! Other banks are so chilled!

What a horrible experience.The staffs of this store were extremely lazy and ridiculous. A male employee handled my case, but keep asking for other colleague’s opinion.Highly suggest the Metro bank change a location or the whole entire Manchester team ASAP!!!
