Matt and his team were fantastic. From the initial quote Matt was really helpful and clear with costs.He directed us to a brilliant stove shop.On the day Matt and his team installed our wood burner they arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. After advice was great too, We wouldn't hesitate on recommending stove and stone to anyone.

Matt and his team installed a twin wall flue system, chilli penguin log only stove in my central manchester new build house third floor. Matt is extremely professional from start to finish include after service. I can not rate him enough, he's the best tradesman I have ever come across in all trades combine. I had a look on his website, it was detailed and I saw he has the relevant experience in the installation of my requirement as my house has not got a chimney and is a new build.Matt was quite hard to get hold of as he's probably extremely busy as he's so reliable. once I eventually got hold of him , he really took his time to explain all the different options of stove , hearth, any detail possible related to the installation and I really appreciate him, after the call I felt im in good hand.on the agreed date, he turned up on time with his 2 other team members, they were all pleasant, hard working and professional. he turned up with all the parts required without anything missing, he had all the right tools for the Job. he measure everything with precision, everything centre sleek clean, the installation was a success, it was completed in one day. he left my house clean and tidy. I also really like the standard option Italian slate hearth that he provide. Matt Also took time to show me how to light the fire, even after one year I contact him, he really took time to explain to me in detail .this time of day is so hard to come across tradesman like Matt and his team who is incredibly skilled and with such a professional attitude towards his work.I can not recommend him enough, thank you again Yee xx

Excellent service from start to finish with great attention to detail. Very helpful, tidy and easy to deal with. Matt and his team installed a stove plus a fire surround that was originally in my grandparents house and it looks wonderful.

Great communication from the start, Matt was really helpful in setting out and explaining all the options. The install went smoothly, with the place being spotless by the time they guys finished. At the end of the process, Matt also sat down with us and explaiend how to work the stove, which was really helpful. 10/10!

Matt fitted our log burning stove last week and what an amazing service it was! Communication from the start was great, Matt gave us plenty of information about various stoves, and he had fitted plenty of the stoves that we had chosen. Matt and his team did a fantastic job of creating a chimney breast for our stove to sit in and left the job in an immaculate condition, and nothing was too much trouble. Matt was very informative and clearly had a lot of knowledge and experience, he took his time to explain how to use our stove and look after it. 5 star service, and I would definitely recommend Matt to anyone looking to have a stove fitted. We needed to warm our house after a cold winter and decided on a wood stove for the lounge. Did our homework and found Matt here. He provided us with an accurate quote and a choice of high quality stoves. When the time came for installation, this was done expertly and all mess was cleaned and removed. We are extremely pleased with the stove, workmanship, installation and the end result, which is a warm and efficient house. Would highly recommend.

Matt and his team did a great job installing our stove and fire surround. I had one installed in my previous property and the quality of stove and stone's work over the previous company is incredible. Matt was good at communicating beforehand, letting us know what needed doing for preparation and other trades people to contact. He chatted to us during the installation and gave a proper overview when the work was done. His team left the space tidy and we're really nice and respectful during the work. The quote was accurate and the quality of the materials used was the highest.
