After two massages , my back which was very painful is now pain free and I can move again thanks to Claire. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent therapist. Claire offers a first class professional service and is really experienced. She has worked on problem areas for me and I feel like a different person now. Longstanding pain and stiffness have been greatly improved. I didn’t realise the massive difference massage therapy could make. I highly recommend Claire.

Having used Claire for several treatments now I can honestly say that my flexibility and pain has been reduced significantly. After the second treatment she also offered advice on areas that she felt that could do with stretching and where would be best to find the details on how to do this. Many thanks

Have received effective treatment from Claire for back and leg pain and mobility issues on a few different occasions now. Most recently, and admittedly doing myself no favours gravel cycling over the course of one weekend followed by a mid week 23 hour trek over Scottish hills, with no proper stretching which left me a bit sore and stiff, culminating in a bungee jump it shouldn't have been much of a surprise I tweaked an old injury. After hobbling about in agony for a few days I got an appointment with Claire and felt so much better afterwards. So thanks for that, and I'll see you in the future.

When moving house, I hurt my back. I was in severe lower pain and a had brutal return of sciatica. It really impacted my day to day.After 4 weeks of trying to self-heal using stretches and massage aids, with little to no improvement, I called Claire.She fitted me in very quickly and after the first session I felt massive improvement.Yesterday I had my second session and I was almost pain free for the whole night and have woken today with minimal pain and almost full range of motion.It’s nothing short of a miracle.I look forward to me next session.Thank you Claire.A very welcoming and comfortable environment to be treated in.
