Our order for unseasoned wood was delayed due to mechanical breakdown. Logs Direct offered to kiln dry the wood for free - great customer service.

Bought firewood from here. Sold as stove mix. Doesn't burn, high moisture content and with some googling turns out chestnut and spruce (the stove mix) is the worst wood to use in a log burner. Have emailed but no response. I wouldn't buy from here.
