It can be daunting as a first time buyer to navigate the process of buying a property but Samuel Taylor made everything really simple to understand with the communication that he gives. He's also always available to talk through anything and provides a brilliant service that I think anyone who is purchasing could really use. I’m a first time buyer and just mortgages were recommended to me after doing initial checks of affordability with them. Samuel Taylor has been really helpful every step of the way, it is always easy to get in touch with him, even replying to all my emails during the time he’s been on annual leave. Really happy with the mortgage rate he was able to find me and all the research he’s done to get other support that’s available. Samuel has made the mortgage application so much easier than I ever could’ve imagined to the point all i’ve had to do is send documents through to just mortgages and keep in touch with Samuel himself. Highly recommended.
