American Best Nails

I had acrylic nails, the first man I had was quite young, he was really nice, gentle, kept making sure I was happy with the treatment I was receiving, when I said it was a bit too long or too slanted he fixed it up for me straight away no problem. I was then passed on to an older man who was quite rough, when I tried to point out that there was a lump of acrylic under the nail he cut me off from what I was saying and said just wait I will fix it but you have to wait" so I felt like I was dismissed

do not go here! They charged me £100 for myself and my daughter. 2 sets of acrylic nails. they said becouse we asked for long nails is cost extra! The nails were worst i have ever seen! i was so upset after leaving as my daughter cryed she wanted them off!

MUST AVOID!!! Instead of giving acrylics like I asked they gave GLUE ON NAILS!! They did not listen to a word I said! My daughter also got hers done, ugly and misshaped and also managed to get nail polish on the skin around her nails! Very rude customer service and not a pleasant place to be at. I tried ringing up several times and no answer, won't be going again!!!! Just to note both of these nails were 30 pound each, So I had to pay 60 pounds for these horrible nails!

loved the customer service there, although i didn’t speak their language my nail tech never once made me feel as though i was out of place and included me in any conversation she could. they also never fail to recreate any design that i show them. highly recommend for anyone looking for a long term salon to go to!

Went in with my own long nails wanting French manicure on hands and feet. Didn't get feet done as i was so disappointed in the finger nails. Male manacurist. Language barrier making it slightly more difficult for both parties.Nails lumpy and look like my fingers have been dipped in bowl of tippex. No uniformity to shape some round some square. Had 9 weeks of growth on natural nails so plenty to work with. Left with stumpy lumpy nails which will be soaked off and replaced with acrylics in a salon that deliver what you request. Very dissatisfied. Wouldn't recommend natural nails being treated.

As a first time getting may nails done I can't recommend them enough! They knew exactly what I wanted and it was suck a pleasant atmosphere!

Usually love having my mails done here. But very dissatisfied today, 3 of nails are not right, especially my thumb nail, way shorter. Wasn't asked how long I wanted them, way too short, and crooked. Gave a tip despite this, not so much as thank you. Will be sadly going somewhere else I think, it's a shame, as always had good service before today
