Bought new wrist watch. First one solid with old battery which stopped working within 30mns. Now 3 days later and the 'new' battery has started to stop.I'd expect when sold new watch to have a brand new battery.Was only visiting a Richmond so can't complain face to fave.

As visitors to Richmond we needed some minor attention to our watches and visited this shop. We received a warm welcome and personal attention to sort our problems. We will certainly revisit this shop when we are in the area for anything watch related as great service deserves support.

Very friendly and proficient jewellers. I took my watch for a repair with what I thought may be a serious fault. After a short time I was very pleased and surprised to be told that the fault has been resolved. Highly recommended service.
