If you love your child, dont leave him in busy bees!!!my son is a very outgoing and social kind of boy and he was doing excellent in trial period that was for 3 days. On his day one, i took him there and he was playing happily. i didnot leave the premises until 4 and then i left for an hour or two to prepare dinner and got back there. meanwhile all the time i hve been calling nursery to know how he was doing and they said he was good except crying when looked at other kids parents. But i was shocked to see him crying like hell with hickups and havent had any thing since noon. when i was talking to one of the staff who told he just started crying, another girl from the staff came to me and told he was crying since an hr. After this seasion, he wouldnt allow me to touch him or undress him or change his nappy or take a bath. he would cry for hours if i try to do that. so what i felt was while changing his nappy in busy bees nursery, something terribly wrong must have happened with him which is why he was scared to let anyone touch him. This happened and i told the staff that i may not be bringing him back but they still have charged me the next whole month And that too when i havent yet submitted the bank docs with authorisation signature on it. we only discovered after 6 months that they have charged us without an authorisation from our side.

My little boy has been attending since he was nine months old during Covid. I'm so happy to have found a nursery that nurtures and encourages development in all of the children. My son has been attending since he was nine months old during Covid. I'm so happy to have found a nursery nurtures and encourages development in children. My little boy always comes home with a smile on his face and is excited to tell us what he has been up to. Since being a baby, he's made wonderful relationships with multiple members of staff. Ashleigh in the preschool room is incredible and always has time to talk about what's going on in the nursery that day. My little boy also had a very close bond with Gemma when he was in toddlers, and still loves to talk to her now about all sorts of things, having not been in toddlers for almost a year now! There are so many other amazing staff members too, I could list them all but I'd be here a while! It's very easy to talk to any members of staff about any issues or questions you have, and they're always happy to help. Communication with parents is done via the monthly newsletter, as well as the text messaging service, which are really helpful for reminders or information. Overall I would recommend Busy Bees to anyone considering nursery settings!

The carers at Busy Bees are really kind and clearly form close attachments with the children. The space feels safe and warm and allows for them to explore. We really feel a part of a community there, and that our children are cared for and loved.

We have been with Busy Bees for two and a half years now and have been impressed with the staff. When we looked around we loved the big gardens and that each age group has its own outdoor space and the children spend a lot of time outside. The rooms are also nice and spacious and well laid out with a lot of toys and activities.Between our two sons we have met a lot of staff and everyone has always been very professional and friendly. The food is also good and both our sons eat well at nursery and are less fussy than at home! They are always happy when we collect them. They have coped with Covid very well and we have admired the team for what they have had to do during such a difficult time. Understandably we haven’t been able to go inside the nursery for some time but they regularly add photos of activities the boys are doing to the app which we really appreciate. An assessment of the children is written every few months and Busy Bees have been helpful in developing new skills. It’s always possible to phone up for a catch up between reviews if needed. As well as the Parentzone app there is also the Up app which has tips, recipes and ideas for activities at home. They offer a good range of activities for the children and the preschool room has a pet snail for the children to learn to care for which we love.We would recommend Busy Bees in Wollaton.

April 2019: Our 1 year old daughter goes here and she has a great time. They're really friendly and happy to accommodate requests.Update: 3 years later and still easily 5 stars. The staff did an amazing job through the lockdown and beyond. Our daughter's abilities and confidence have gone from strength to strength. The only thing I'd like to see more of are photos and development updates on the app - the ones we do get are great.

My son and daughter started going to busybees nursery during the lockdown period. My daughter is 3 yrs old & my son is 2 yrs old. They both love it & have settled in straight away. Especially my 2 yr old son, I've seen a massive improvement with my him & I have now decided to keep them both with busybees nursery instead of sending them back to their old nursery.
