Fantastic salon with the most professional staff.

Had microdermaplane today, a facial and jelly mask, and was massaged by the massage bed while I relaxed. Was lovely. Very professional, clean, and welcoming place.

Have visited this salon a few time's and never had a problem. I booked wedding treatment for me, bride and mother of the groom. They changed things round to book us all in but a day before, the bride and mother of the groom were advised not to go. I was furious about this but I couldn't make them come. I agreed to pay full costs for the cancelled appointments. It was one of the staff's birthday and while I was getting my nails done I was offered a piece of cake and when she brought it to me it was the bottom section of the manicurist that was doing my nails and a custard cream. If they didn't want me to have some they could have said and even made an excuse for me not getting it. I think that this was pathetic especially since I was paying in full for all of the treatments that were missed, so they really got paid for doing nothing. I won't be going back again which is a shame because I got some lovely facials, eyelashes and eyebrows dyed and lashes added and also had nails done. Very petty of them.
