Our car broke down and needed a replacement quick as we were due to go away on holiday with the kids in 5 days. Found a car probably priced too high for what the milage and age of the car but we needed a car. They got it serviced and mot done quickly and to us thought great service but after 2 weeks of having it it's more problems than anything its been back in to get fix more than it's been out of the garage.the service is disgusting spoke to as though your a hindrance, after care is non existence

Avoid avoid avoid. Sold me a car that wasn’t fit for sale and had months and months of hassle trying to resolve the matter, ended up massively out of pocket.Got my money back in the end through a claim via my bank as the garage were ignoring me - thank god I’d didn’t pay cash.

Bought a Kia Rio for my son to use daily. Good quality car, good condition and a good price. Picked it up today with 12 months MOT, Road Tax and a full warranty. Drives really well and was well prepared for us to drive away.My son loves it! I've been buying from Kelvin since 1996. Never had a bad experience, quite the opposite in fact, they've always gone the extra mile to get any issues promptly addressed. There is no doubt that I will continue to return to Kelco's in the future.Great cars, great service!

**Had a Lee Gray following me on here to see were I go, since posting my review and seems this person works here, as someone said Lee was serving them. A Lee also lives in Ashington when I looked up who is following me on Google. I'd prefer not to be harassed and will go to the police if it goes any further.**Husband had the company try to bully him into deleting my review after it was put up. Looks like my original review was deleted from 3 years ago, so here it is again.Bought a car from them 3 years ago. Massive oil leak, back doors wouldn't open from the inside and very very frayed seat belt. They did their own MOTs and passed it! AVOID.

I bought a Corsar from Kelco today. It was an older car so not highly priced but I was treated is if I was spending 10 times the amount - the car was emaculate so I could have been driving away a brand new car! Having had problems in the past with other dealers this really made a difference. I would definitely use them again.

My husband bought me a lovely little fiat 500 from here as a second car for us for me dotting back and forwards to work. All the way through the lads were lovely I test drove 3 cars and loved the fiat. We came away with a warranty which is great for our piece of mind! We would recommended anyone looking for a used car to check this place out. They had a good selection of decent cars and couldn't be more helpful. We will definitely be back in future.

First time buying from a trader, Kelco's car sales ltd did not disappoint. They did the MOT for me, brake pads and discs replaced. Fantastic professional staff, excellent customer service, keeping me informed all the way until car was delivered. Had my car delivered all the way to London - for a reasonable cost too.

I have bought 2 cars from Kelco cars over the past few years, I would highly recommend them 100'/. Both times I've had first class service, the whole team are so friendly and very helpfull. My first purchas was written off in a RTA ( I loved that car) so kelco was my first port of call and I wasn't disappointed, didn't think it was possible to get a car as good as my first but I now have a car that's amazing.
