amazing experience! from the start super friendly staff greeted us as we entered, got us a table without issue even though we hadn't booked and were a big family. atmosphere was nice, not too noisy, appropriate simple decor and lighting that went with the vibe. most importantly food was absolutely delicious, fresh and very generous in portion size, beautifully presented and creative in flavours. overall great attention to detail, where little makes a big difference!thank you.

Absolutely delightful seafood restaurant in Wells. Nothing too much trouble. The soft shell crab was amazing. Shout out to the young waiter (? Jake) who was engaging throughout.

Wells Crab House Seafood Restaurant
The food was cooked to perfection and full of great flavour. The staff were friendly and polite and attentive service. Booking early is recommended as they run on two service settings. This however is my only negative we felt a bit rushed as the table had to be turned around for the next sitting but I do understand why they do this .

Our first visit here was just after lockdown ended and having come to Norfolk for the weekend decided to revisit .. there is a reason why you must pre-book as this little gem was fully booked on both evening sittings.. service from when you enter is spot on, food was superb.. my prawn curry was to die for, as were my mussels starter, couldn't fault a thing

We ate there as a party of six. Food was excellent, service was efficient and friendly. The wine very good too. It's a busy, buzzy place. Our reservation allowed us a two hour time slot at the table. We finished our mains with about 25 minutes to spare. Pudding and coffee afterwards would have been a bit too tight to enjoy. Perhaps we will skip starters next time.

Excellent service and food was fantastic in a lovely atmosphere. We had the battered tuna bites and the Salmon with asparagus for starters followed by either haddock and chips, red snapper with noodles and half a lobster. This was then finished off with a cheese platter.We will visit again.

The food was amazing we had the whitebait, prawns and the lobster sharing platter was all to die for! The staff were attentive, polite and very welcoming. The prices where more than fair for what food you received and how amazing it was!The decor was very fitting with the restaurant and we genuinely had a great time! We visit wells every year and this is the first year we have remembered to book a table we will be back! Incredible

Wells Crab House Seafood Restaurant
The service and food were out of this world. One of our party was Coeliac and they could explain in detail what they could serve and adapt. They have a separate fryer for gluten free chips and sweet potato fries.We had a mixture of dishes. The platter for two was huge. The jambalaya was spicy and moreish.Highly recommended.
