The most useless firm I've had the misfortune to come across. Ordered a new keyboard for my son's laptop 3 months ago, kept getting fobbed off with them saying it had been delivered elsewhere. Kept telling me they'd chase it up and get back to me.....they never did. Kept ringing them back, only to be told they were no longer able to get one. Absolute rubbish, as I went online and ordered one straight away. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Very helpful and swift turn around. I had a few cracked iPhone screens replaced and an additional hard drive installed to my laptop. Great service a very reasonable prices. Thanks!

Very competent family business, always great with help. Sensible prices. Easy location to find, car park only 80p up the road. Always solved all my IT problems. Very professional. Highly recommended!

I had a problem with my phone ,and young chap took just a few minutes to clear it up for me .When you get older you just can't deal with these hi tech things .thankyou

If I could I would put no stars! Sorry guys!They had my Laptop for maybe 8 or 9 months, it had been water damaged so all I was hoping for was to gleam any data off it but every time I went in they looked confused & there seemed to be laptops all over the place / totally disorganised!I became frustrated and just asked for it back but they had gone ahead & just junked it apparently, may have gleamed a few parts. Yes it wasnt possible to retrieve my data but I could have maybe sold the DVD drive. I'd never take anything there ever again .I asked them to confirm that the board had been fully destroyed, they said they stamp them so I'm hoping this is correct!In response to your reply ..... I never sent a friend in a week ago to ask about it so maybe you are mixed up. Also I certainly did not leave it uncollected as I came in to enquire about it many many times.I very much hope you have put it in a press or whatever. Thanks for the response but I will still not use your shop for anything.It wasn't the fact that you couldn't retrieve any data or information it was more just the lack of communication/customer service.You just seemed to keep telling me to come back in a week or something, that you didn't know if it was possible, that it was being hooked up to another pc to try and retrieve anything.

Fitted a large hard disk to my Macbook Pro + moved all my all files and Software to new hard disk too. efficient and a fair price!

One of the best and friendliest encounters I’ve had sim a shop. Came in to buy an Sd card but wasn’t sure which ones to get. The lady behind the counter held back one for me until I arrived and was very understanding when my card failed to work. Could not recommend more!
