AVOID if you like your car. Paid £10 - Clean was a rush job which still left dirt on the lower panels so wasted my money, didn’t realise until I got home as didn’t get out of the car. Whatever cleaning solution they sprayed on the wheels has reacted with the bolt caps on the wheels and left a white residue which can’t even be removed. No point taking it back to be re-cleaned as will make the wheel caps worse. Terrible.

Paid £100 for a full wash/polish and valet service. They used so much water and shampoo it soaked through the seats and ruined the electrics underneath. Ended up with broken remote central locking, airbag warning light on, broken window switch and then the wing mirror glass fell out as soon as I drove away. Had to return twice before I got a partial refund after arguing for ages, and it cost me LOADS to rectify.Their argument was there's too much electrics under the seat

Have used this car wash every couple of months for past 5 years. Last three visits they tell me I have to pay more than prices displayed due to “extra dirt”. I have a small car, always ask them to leave the boot and it is never particularly dirty. I’ll be seeking a new car wash going forward as boring having to negotiate cost every time and then having sulky looks when I don’t agree to extra charges.

OK I had to edit this review.... it used to be ok, but now they won't clean dirty cars?! What on earth??This is meant to be a car washing and valet service - they won't valet your car if it is too dirty"?!?! Either that or they tell you to pay a load more because of a bit of mud on the mats? Seems a fair few others have had this issue too

Had the silver wash. Cleaning was just average. There was dust on the dashboard after the wash. Few stains were not cleaning but I did myself after come back home. For general outside cleaning its ok but for detailed cleaning probably not.
