Whalley Golf Club
Played a twilight round here last night, and what a hidden gem it is. It may only be 9 holes, but it is well worth a visit.The course was in good condition, and is challenging, especially for an old duffer like me!It has a really nice clubhouse too.And on the plus side, the locals were very friendly, which is always a bonus.If you're in the area, please give this course a go, you won't be disappointed.

Best beer garden in Whalley, and if you play golf even better!!Julia the Steward S is very welcoming and can she cook.Food is unbelievable - might be a bit biased in saying that.All christenings - Weddings & party's of all ages welcome.Speak with Julia Duffy.

Came for a solo round of Golf in the late afternoon. Complimentary drinks looked to be on offer at the first hole in a little garden shed which is a really cool touch! The golf course is awesome as well, really good ground and some holes are quite challenging with well protected greens. I’ve played twice now and loved it more the second time round and found that the course is real value for money.I’ve been to many other courses within 10 miles of this one and this is up there with the best. Looks like they don’t offer buggies though and I have called about this before but never received a call back

The fairways are always pristine, the greens challenging yet rewarding. I highly recommend this exceptional golf club to all golfers.

A beautifully kept course with fatastic greens. Good price. The surrounding views are stunning. Great bloke in the pro shop. Gave us addresses of more great local clubs.

Good little 9 hole golf club. A real shame it is only 9 holes because well looked after and on the hole a great set of people. Punching above its weight that’s for sureThe Juniors section is blooming brilliant however a Range of ages and abilities and all made to few welcome with monthly comps and presentations.

Not a member but went for walking group lunchtime Xmas meal. Lovely setting, rooms beautifully decorated for Xmas. Bit cold when we first got in but staff were brilliant and put extra heaters on until we were roasting. Very good 3 course meal for a bargain £15. Staff were great so got to recommend.
