We bought our property from Moores and we cannot express how positive the experience was. From our initial viewing of the property, Evie was very knowledgeable about the local area - extremely friendly and allowed us to view the property with no pressure or hard selling - making us feel very comfortable- she tried answering our questions to the best of her knowledge. Once we’d made our offer the professionalism continued with Emma - we were in a tricky position with another buyer, however, Emma was extremely professional and dealt with this greatly. It must have not been easy dealing with a pregnant woman but we felt she had the sellers and the owners best interest at heart. Finally, Jenny dealt with us with the same professionalism as Evie and Emma - everyone was ever so helpful. We recently sold our property through Moores and couldn't recommend them highly enough. The photos of our property were brilliant. They were very efficient communicating viewings and following up after each one getting feedback. We listed our property as the full impact of the mini budget took hold. Despite this, the team negotiated a sale price we were very happy with.
