GT Services Cheshire

Bentley Services Cheshire is a company we have used occasionally from time to time and they are nothing less than astonishing. The depth of knowledge and the level of customer service is second to none. My advice would be for anyone who needs their Bentley servicing or repairing, particularly the GT and GTC would be to travel the length of the country to benefit from this organisation

Just collected my Bentley arnage T from Ivor and Leslie after having various faults rectified. It was a total delight to go down to Crewe to meet Ivor and the team. From the moment I stepped into the spotless workshop and met Ivor I knew my car was in safe hands. Not only did he spend as much time as I needed discussing the work I wanted to have done, but the very reasonable rates for the work were in stark contrast to the main agents. It was also nice to be offered a lift to the station – and be picked up on return. The car was presented immaculately and I liked the full details of the work done given on the invoice and also the Advisory sheet which showed small things that were detected and were either corrected or were not urgent but would, or could, need attention in the future. I am particularly fastidious about my cars and there is no question that I would thoroughly recommend GT Services Cheshire for any work on a Bentley and I will be back for my next service or any other work in the interim. I recently had some work done on my Continental GT. I was very impressed by the level of service received. Their workshop was impressive. I will be using them in future. Highly recommended!

Every Bentley GT owner in the North West needs to discover this company. Problems fixed for a fraction of the cost at a main dealer with personal and massively knowledgable service. Two friends recommended that I try using Ivor after years of loyalty to the franchise dealers --- and I just wish I'd known of his company sooner. Car went in with no lights on the dash but come out with the airbag light on only to be told I would have to pay for them to investigate the fault . Wont be using them again .

Service is second to none. No matter who you are you're made to feel like a VIP.This is the only place I will take my continental gt.Great new location.Forget going back to your Bentley garage this is the only place you'll ever need

Just wanted to provide an update to my original review now that GT Services have merged with Supercar Clinc, Knutsford.I have just had my new (to me) Bentley 2015 Speed serviced & a few niggles ironed out by these guys.Yet again, I'm blown away with the service received. They could not be more accomodating, from booking in, keeping me informed of how the works were progressing, through to completion & drop off.Any doubts I had were completely dispelled, these guys are just the best!The new workshop is massive, its clean, airy & professional, the perfect enviroment to undertake the specialised works that these cars demand.Give these guys a call if you want to be looked after in a professional but friendly manner.WOW, what a totally professional, friendly & technically brilliant experience. I used GT Services for the first time this week & the list of things to do was long on my 2010 Bentley Supersport; 10 year service, Power steering repair, Exhaust gas temperature sensor replacement, Turbo boost pressures sensors (x2) replacement, Rear light cluster replacement & LED side lights replacement. The whole team Ivor, Andy & Steve were just the best, even picked me up from the Crewe station! (next time I will probably use the travel to you pick up/drop off service) From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the professionalism & friendliness just surrounds you. I cannot even compare them any other service centre I've ever used including Bentley main dealer! If you've been thinking of trying an Independent Bentley Specialist look no further because you will not find better!

Booked in to have a replacement Rear Hi level brake light replaced (common fault on GT,s. The most competitive price by far. Work carried out while I waited. Will definitely be using them for all my services would highly recommend and a great team of lads thanks to all concerned.

No hesitation in trusting my GT to Ivor and his crew. Superb service, and they'll collect and drop off the vehicle if you need them to. Ivor is undoubtedly an expert in Bentleys, and he's half the price of a dealer, but probably twice the experience.
