Absolutely Amazing ! Both Hugh and Charlotte supported us through the sale of our home and Charlotte especially kept us up to date and nothing was too much. Thank you Waymark Excellent from beginning to end.

I have been living in a privately rented property, managed fully by Waymark for almost two years. From start of tenancy to finish, I have had an exemplary experience. Whenever I have had a query or issue, they have responded promptly and with professionalism. I highly recommend Waymark to any prospective landlords or tenants (as a landlady myself, I can vouch for both sides of the experience!).

Waymark on the whole have been a pleasure to deal with. From the initial visit from Hugh to Charlotte telling us the sale has completed. All the people in between, Sophie, Mark & Tessa, have all been lovely and quite patient. Obviously, they earn their commission from the property sale and can be quite inventive when it looks like the sale may go off the rails. Sometimes to the detriment of your asking price, but they do try to mitigate this in some way. Would use again and would recommend.

Thoroughly impressed with the service we received from Waymark in Faringdon, in particular from Yasmin.We purchased our house through Waymark and throughout the whole process, Yasmin was incredibly diligent and helpful in all aspects of both our purchase and in many ways our sale, though Waymark were acting on behalf of our sellers.This has been my third house purchase and I have not experienced such helpful, genuine service throughout my previous house sales and purchases.We would like to thank Yasmin and her colleagues for their superb customer service. Well, what can I say. The brochure that was produced out of the survey was excellent. We had a cruise to enjoy, so all our ports of call and dates due on shore were given to Waymark. At a Ranch House in Malta, the phone went off and an offer had been made and accepted. It was then placed firmly in the hands of the Sales Progressor who, having put up with badgering from me, took the sale to exchange of contracts. I have mentioned no names as it would not be right because everyone at Waymark Faringdon acted in a truly efficient, courteous and, above all, professional manner. Thank you.

We were lucky enough that the house we were buying were using Waymark. We had not made the right choice when choosing our Estate Agent. However, thanks to Waymark we were updated through the whole process, Charlotte was amazing, we really can't thank her enough. Moving home is stressful enough, but Charlotte and Waymark helped us through the process, we felt they went over and beyond continually, we even received a bottle of Champagne on completion. Thank you so much for everything. If we ever move again we will only use Waymark.

Waymark were the company we viewed all of our properties with. It was a coincidence that each property we viewed was with them after finding each of them on Rightmove and that’s because they take on the best properties in the area. We bought our house through them and the process was so simple and every time we contacted an agent we got a very speedy reply which was always helpful. I would highly recommend them as an estate agent and have nothing but positive experiences with them.

Absolutely brilliant. We had a complex purchase involving two sellers and an unresponsive solicitor. However, we managed to finalise the purchase due to Charlotte's help. She was always there to provide reassurance and guide us throughout the (very long!) process. Thank you to everyone at Waymark and especially to Charlotte!
