I’ve been neglected with my skin condition so many times, told by doctor that I’m panicking being paranoid made me feel crazy I had to google symptoms myself and gave myself a treatment. If I found out later I’d probably won’t make it. Thanks NHS, worth to pay money for waiting for ages and then being neglected and told you overreacting. Waste of space. I migh just stick with google doctors now since overdose vitamin b12 looks for the doctor like a carpet burn without listen full story.

I only gave 1 star because there is no option of 0. I booked a flu jab. First message by text told me to turn up and just queue. Next message told me to book, so I did. I arrived in time. Checked in. At the check in I was asked several totally irrelevant questions by the very slow computer, and the only way forward was to answer them. Which made me exactly on time. Then I waited in vain for 40 minutes before I had to give up and go to work. Maybe this is a good service for unemployed people but I needed to go to work. I have decided to go to a pharmacy now and try to get the jab there. Hopefully, a pharmacy will be more respectful of my need to attend work. I could not even cancel my jab at the GP Alliance, as there was a half hour long queue for the reception. I regret registering for my GP here.

Genuinely wish I could put 0 stars. I've bene stuck with this doctors since I was 11 and only swapped to a whole other city and I hope this place gets shut down or reformed soon. The doctors ignored all my problems due to me being AFAB and it was obvious too. I tried to get referred for autism, they told me what to do and then I spent 9 months waiting for **nothing**. My mental health was ignored, my cries for help was ignored. Hell, no one told me that I could get my vital epilepsy medication for free. Only after i had to cut them out cold turkey did anyone bother to tell me. Then they made me ween off them". I'm so happy to be gone and hope the poor poor people stuck here will get a fighting chance at help.Receptionists were rude

Diabolical! Asked to be able to view blood results on my online account & have now had my access to anything on my account removed which has also removed my access to my details on the nhs app too! I am on lifetime medication & work full time so this is absolutely disgraceful & dangerous! I would not recommend & constantly have problems with appalling service from this surgery! All the brilliant staff (Rhona, Jaymee) have left, I wonder why? Sort yourselves out!

Waited for xray appointment for weeks, contacted them 2 inquire, 2b told i have to book xray myself because they hadnt done it, then sent me an incorrect contact number. 4 weeks & still no xray, my 12 year old is still in pain. Gp was very helpful stated xray app was urgent. Staff clearly didnt bother doing there job. Didnt want 2 take up A&E's time due 2 covid situation. NEED NEW GP SURGERY""

Brilliant communication beforehand appointment on time.explained exactly what was going to happen and follow up arranged.also advice to take home given.Once again N H S at its best!!!!! Must point out this review relates to the Fall Clinic!!

Ridiculously difficult to find or access. Why on earth hasn’t this place been relocated in the adjacent NHS facility which has its own car park. The centre is accessed mostly from the main car parks, you need to find a space then walk into the galleries. Next you need find the right exit door go outside down stairs into a courtyard find the door in the corner then pass through the similarity named galleries medical practise to a lift/stairs to the correct level (if you know which level you need). Totally ridiculous.

They constantly mess up mine and my family's prescription requests and when I sent an email to complain I heard absolutely nothing back.The system of calling at 8AM is a joke. I've called at 8 on the dot and by the time I got through all the appointments had gone.The receptionist wouldn't believe me when I told her that the day before I'd been on hold 30 minutes to sort out another prescription problem, until I showed her the call log; no apology for not believing me.There is an online booking system which hardly ever has GP appointments available so is largely pointless and if you go through the telephone booking system it cuts out after you input your d.o.b.If there were a viable alternative I'd leave but from what I've gathered the other GP surgery at the galleries is as bad.The surgery gets two stars purely due to the GPs who are very good and I'm very happy with. Dr Matthews and Dr Kelly are exceptional.

Worst doctors ever!! I have to be desperate to see a doctor, even when I should consult I tend to put it off. So when I do, it's because I'm desperate. When you finally get through to the receptionist, you're told to call 111 or call back at 8 in the morning. No room for emergencies here, if you're suicidal or in complete agony with any condition make sure its before 8am!!!! Nobodies interested in anyone anymore, the GPs here and most practises these days are a disgrace to their profession. And the reason I gave 1 star, is because I cant give 0.Just called surgery and got zero help, nice to know this is what I'm paying my tax and insurance for.

Absolutely diabolical, rude staff, inadequate sense of urgency, always getting things wrong with patient details. Will be moving my family to a different practice these have had enough chances, if your new to the area avoid this place at all costs.
