Nice room friendly staff, quiet location

This company have wasted my time from start to finish. They have delayed my case so much and as soon as they realised that I would not be eligible for legal aid they dropped my case with a catalogue of excuses (none of which were any fault mine).I would also like to add that every time I phoned I was told that no one was available and even although I instructed them to take my case to court once told I was getting no legal aid as I earn too much, they then ask the legal aid board to view my case again causing more delays and the outcome was still the same....I was getting no legal aid. This was the last straw for this company and all of a sudden a case they said they could win was now a cash risk and so they in cowardice withdrew their services to me.Absolutely disgusting treatment and let's have it right, if they thought they could win the case they would have took it on but instead they thought they could just grab some legal aid and if they lost the case they could still recoup some of their losses. Money grabbing liars with absolutely no appetite or enthusiasm for the trade that they actually ply........ disgusting!!!!

Purchased my property from B&B builders whose solicitor is McCash&Hunter. Only to discover they have sold parts of my communal property as stated in Deed of Conditions to another customer.They are not interested in sorting out this mess. Think carefully before you use their services.

Been treated great so far.my lawyer has been off on leave twice and I've been getting great quick responses from the lawyer that has taken over the case seeing her tomorrow actually. All staff are very friendly, fast and efficient any time I have had to call with am issue they help me fix it asap wouldn't go anywhere else

I have used McCash and Hunter before. This time I had the pleasure to work with Fiona McNaughton, during my recent sale and purchase. I was kept up to date at all times and even during which can be a stressful time, Fiona kept me calm and did not become frustrated at my somewhat constant emails. Would recommend and will be using them again!

Awful experience with this firm. Give them a wide-body swerve, in particular Alan Davies. They are stuck in the dark ages and are particularly unhelpful and uncooperative. If you are considering selling or buying and find them on the other side, request that the buyer find another firm! Everything is everyone else's fault but their own. Out of their depth with the most basic concepts and make empty threats, and send ranting emails!

Very slow service approach them last September to have ownership transfer as inherited property asked for payment upfront before they would take the job unlike most services who get paid when completed. So far 10 months later I am still waiting maybe that is why payment demanded up front as service is so poor. So if you are in a hurry to sell your property dont choose McCash & Hunter. Very disappointed in service.

Fantastic staff. Extremely knowledgable. Sold my two flats for me both in a very short period from going on the market. Mel Donaldson (Manager) was so friendly and helpful. This put our mind at ease from the start to end of the sale. Absolutely brilliant and highly recommend them. Thank you all!! X

I have been in property investment for over 7 years and bought and sold over 34 properties. this estate agency is by far the worst i have come across in the industry.The main sales woman Mel Donaldson is the worst sales agent i have met, she has no idea on valuations, Tax laws and more importantly, home report dates, she wasn't sure when one goes out of date.ontop of this she is so pushy, constantly coming up with stories of possible buyers and sellers. i really do hope people read this, this company should not be used, there are so many good ones out there. PLEASE AVOID
