Absolutely loved my experience of the yoga studio. The trainers are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, the owners are lovely and the variety of what they run is second to none. They have some amazing deals and memberships seem to have loads of perks. Can't wait to do the 30 days for £40, I mean what a deal! So many yoga class options including my personal favourite Aerial.If you haven't been, pop into a class and try it out. You won't regret it!

I attended a number free sessions on their taster day. Every different instructor was very inviting and delivered a fantastic experience. I really liked the venue it had a great feel and was lots of fun.

What an amazing place. I tried for the first time today & did an aeriel class. Great pace & really enjoyable! I will be doing one again when in Carlisle. A MUST visit. I only wish I could go more.

Amazing place! The atmosphere they’ve created in a limited space is so wonderful and soothing, the teaches are the most motivating and sweet I’ve met, who only encourage you as you learn difficult techniques as a total beginner. Even the other members who attend are so friendly! Overall great environment, with all the classes worth attending.
