Kensa have provided me with 2 Heat pumps and detailed telephone support over 10 years. They are very responsive to queries and problem-solving, and also do spare parts within days on request. I would recommend them as the best Heat Pump supplier and support service in the country. Support from Tom was much appreciated.

Just a fantastic company, with unparalled after sales service.I purchased a ground source heat pump from Kensa 16 years ago, and the last couple of days I have had a problem with the programmer. Jordan, from their Technical Support Department was happy to spend a couple of hours on the phone with me today patiently talking me through the issues and getting my unit up and running again.What company is prepared to spend time on you these days,16 years after you last gave them a penny? How many would just refer you to an emergency engineer, if that!Kensa really are a first class British engineering success story. Great products and brilliant customer service. If you are thinking heat pump, ground or air source, you must contact them and put them in the mix in my opinion.

The Kensa Heat Pump has worked perfectly with no faults for 11 years. Unfortunately the pressure has dropped on the underfloor heating circuits so the heat pump has gone into a fault mode. I emailed Kensa tech support and they responded immediately with a call and advice followed by a helpful email . What amazing first class service. Thank you Kensa.. Highly recommend

MY Kensa Heat pump is over 11 years old and with his detailed analysis I was able to solve the issue. Excellent service and saved me a call out charge. Thank you so much.

Brilliant aftersales .....erm 18 years after sale :). Had my heat pump installed in 2006 and ove the years had very few issues but even now after all this time technical team take the time to support my queries and to walk me through them in detail. Can you imagine any other mechanical manufacturer gladly honouring a purchase nearl 20 years later? Well done guys the way good businesses should behave.

A excellent well run training program with all facilities you could ask for including actual units and live programmers to play with.We had Todd running our training who was super helpful, informative and patient.The tour of the assembly line and workshop is great and the passion of the staff for there products is inspiring.

After eight years our heat pump developed problems and late on a Friday afternoon Carl one of the problem solving team guided us over the phone through the steps that were needed to restore the system. His patience and clarity of instructions were inspirational thank you Carl.

I can honestly say that the service I have received from Kensa on the two occasions when we have had problems with our heating system has been outstanding. David on the first occasion and Carl on the second were really committed to resolving the problems, which they did - very patiently, I might add. Carl also sent some useful reference material. The company's record-keeping was also impressive. If another manufacturer provides such good after-sales service, I haven't come across it yet.
