Spanning 2 floors , this store is well laid out and has a multitude of styles to cater to different tastes. There is a lot of stock so if you like this brand it's a real treat.Staff are attentive and helpful, they never make you feel uncomfortable for walking in to the shop unlike some others.The staff always seem to be on the go keeping the shop tidy, and they often play some very upbeat tunes that might make you want to go out and party after shopping there.

I am comparing my experience to the service I have received in other stores. I wanted to buy a present from this store for my girlfriend as she is always wearing my orange label super dry top. To be perfectly honest I was disappointed and disgusted. The shop was empty and staff stated they were to busy to help with buying advise or fitting and we could have spent hundreds in store. I like the brand but staff are arrogant and egotistical to the point that they can't even make a sale. Ashford Kent super dry has alot more get up and go.

This store is always very well presented, the staff are always pleasant, helpful and seem to enjoy working there, I spoke with the manager who was more than happy to assist and she obviously has a positive affect on her colleagues.

I wouldn't normally review a chain store but Canterbury seriously deserve some recognition! Best selection I've seen in a Superdry for a while but better than that is the staff. They really are so warm and helpful. Long story short we came on holiday with literally one pair of pants as the weight was too much for our motorbike so were on an emergency clothing run and looking for shoes. The staff were helpful with the style my husband chose and sizing despite probably being a bit close to closing time and even remembered us when we bought another pair for me the next day. Thank you to all the staff at Superdry Canterbury for the warm welcome!
