Quoted in Jan 2017, work not done until Oct 2017 as I had to wait to be fitted in. Door arrived and was a massive 6 cms too small, yes true craftmanship this. They bodged a repair by placing a plank of wood in the gap - this is a £1800 door!!!! The door was then left as is and I was ensured a plasterer would be out to finish the job, eight months on of continual promises, emails and let downs I am still waiting. All the while they have been sending me threatening letters for payment, you think I am going to pay for a job you haven't finished? What a joke of a company, their Director was asked to contact me too after he returned from his holiday, has he contacted me? Of course not, the Director will also treat any complaints with the contempt. I would not touch this firm with a barge pole, I should have trusted the other poor reviews and gone elsewhere. See you jokers in court.

I have used them for quite a few years, their joinery is second to none, they have done two major kitchens and a large hardwood conservatory for me.I have also had cupboards doors and windows made.

Great company to work with. House renovation completed by oastler in 3 months. My new conservatory looking excellent. great team work. From start till end, i get update weekly. How whole project went through. Derek was Project manager from start to finish. Highly recommended.
