Highly recommend. The whole process was super simple as I filled in all of my pet’s details before arriving, so all forms were ready when we turned up. The ladies were lovely and super helpful, thank you!

So quick and easy. This is the first time I have needed the new AHC, my local vet wanted to charge me £250 so I contacted PassPet via the website, filled in the details, my local vet quickly provided the information needed so we were good to go. I arranged our appointment at 7.30pm on the evening we were due to travel, I was then worried that if anything went wrong we wouldn’t be able to get on the ferry that night. After a phone call to PassPet I was reassured that everything was ready and waiting for us. The actual appointment was quick and efficient and off we went to France with no issue at all. Thanks to stupid Brexit we now have to go through all this fuss before taking our dogs abroad but PassPets are great. Really friendly and a lot cheaper than going to our own vet. I would highly recommend them.

Today we picked up our dog’s health certificate, ready for our holiday. I was really impressed with the whole service and the super friendly staff. 100% recommendable especially as PassPets just deal with the travel documents and are therefore much cheaper than a normal vet. Our vet quoted £275, at PassPets we only paid £99. Great service, thank you!

Gemma was great! She helped us with a health certificate for our Giant African Snail to move with him abroad safely. She was very kind and helpful. Costs are very reasonable.

Everyone at PassPets were so helpful. We encountered a problem with our existing French Pat Passport, and at short notice they managed to assisted us and advise us on how to rectify the oversight. Reall professions and masters of all travel issues for pets.

Amazing company from start to finish!I moved to Belgium two years ago, and wanted to get my cat from the uk and bring him here with me. I was in contact with pass pets via email a few months before going to get my pet. I had many questions and concerns, I got all the information I needed and appointment booked.I had my appointment last week, got my travel documents, appointment was done within 10 minutes. The lady who went through the paper work was very friendly, aswel as the lady on reception. Very professional company, great price! Everything went perfectly at the border, my cat is now living with me in belgium! Really cannot Recommend this company enough. Thank you for your help. Will recommend passpets to everyone. Couldn’t be happier!!

Brilliant service from start to finish at the Havant branch. Friendly staff when we arrived and all completed very efficiently. Easy booking and ability to change appointment when holiday postponed.
