We gave Matt a brief of what we needed from our website. Working to the brief, and using his own creativity, he more than delivered. He gave advice and direction when required. He took the time to understand our brand and what we are trying to achieve, and to ensure that the website reflected that. Matt researched the various tools for adding to our platform, such as bookings, email capture, etc. Any additional content was created with our tone of voice - to the extent I had to check whether I had written it! The project was completed on time, and was exactly what we had hoped for. Having spent many years briefing agencies, I can honestly say that this was the most straightforward experience.
