Work seems alright, but the behaviour was really very off-putting. Each time rubbished anything we said, giving rude answers to friendly enquiries or requests. Very bad appointment management. Assumed that advance announcement of the repair appointment time consisted in texting 10 minutes beforehand. As if other people did not need to go out of their houses to work or nip to the shops somewhen.

Phil was a gem. Everyone who has seen his woodwork in a bedroom that needed some important restoration work was 100 per cent impressed. Will definitely be calling on his services again!

We had a new vestibule built in our hallway and I couldn't be happier with the work. I had great communication from Phil all the way through the process, which meant that I got exactly what I wanted. The work was carried out quickly and the guys were courteous and respectful of our home, tidying as they went. I would highly recommend their work.
