Great for kids, I took my 3yo and 5yo and they loved it! Was allowed to go in all areas of the complex

Had a fantastic time with the kids today, humongous trampoline centre with lots of other things, ball pits and sponge pits basketball hoops. The kids go wild and love it, big cafe up high with viewing Windows so you can leave the kids if old enough, very clean very nice, don't know how much though we got a great deal on Groupon, you also need socks if your bouncing.

great fun for kids tires them out and they get the exercise needed. I had bought 10 sessions in a block pack and due to an error the manager sorted it and i am really happy. He did go the extra mile for us .Its clean tidy and safe.

Took a group of about 10, older kids and adults. We had a double session, everyone enjoyed it, super helpful staff. Will definitely go back.

Great fun for the kids bit pricey but they do love it. Only 4 stars as the cafe is disorganised and even though lots of staff they just all seem to be stood round doing nothing, no pizzas available due to a few partys but really it should be stocked up as partys are booked in advance so they know what they need everything we asked for they had run out of so they lost a good bit of money that day as lots of the customers was asking for hot food

What more can I say?My kids love this place, usually one of the top choices when we offer them a treat and a much needed bit of time away from the xbox.They get to have fun, with a fair bit of exercise added to the mix, so a win - win.For the adults there's a cafe upstairs with comfortable seats and a panoramic view of the trampoline area. During busy times, getting a seat can be a challenge, though.Staff is, in my experience, helpful and attentive. Recommended.

Great for the kids but the place is filthy & no staff supervision!Took my three children for a 2 hour session for £8 each which was great value.I spent the time in the cafe while the children had fun but the whole time I was there not one member of staff cleared on cleaned any of the tables. There were cups, plates and rubbish everywhere and the bins were overflowing.I went to the toilet before we left and they were just as bad. Dirty toilets, no loo roll, sanitary wrappings left on the floor and the sinks were an inch thick with dust.Also, i know you have to sign a disclaimer to take responsibility for your children which is fine, but there was no staff supervision in and around any of the play areas for the whole 2 hours we were present.Shame on you Air Factory but you will have to seriously up your game before I bring my children again.

Visited here with family. We took 4 children, who had a brilliant time. Even the price was good too. £7 for 2 hours. Much, much cheaper than London! Would definitely visit again.

Fun for the kids, busy but not overwhelmingly so. Friday night was great as it has disco lights and a DJ. Plenty of trampolines for everyone. Car park is free. The only issue is the lockers aren't especially secure so don't take valuables.
