Do don't know what's up with their international orders, as I ordered a phone through Amazon. Phone arrived way later that promised, even as I paid for expedient shipping. Then they sent it to the FedX distribution center in the USA, to send it to me, living in Canada. This resulted in extra $40 CDN in extra duty charges. Worst of all, is the rude emails I have been receiving as a from of explanation. My suggestion to the company is this:1. Don't promise a due date if it's entirely unrealistic.2. If you the product doesn't arrive between the expected dates, offer to reimburse the extra shipping cost.3. Send directly to the desired Country (Canada is a modern Country, FYI).4. If there are going to be added duty cost, mention an approx amount to the customer.5. Remain polite and professional.

Really bad experience. They didn't ship the item on time. The shipping label was created, but for over 10 days the item wasn't picked up despite paying for express (3-5 day) shipping. When I asked they promised it would be picked up but it wasn't - When I asked to cancel, they ignored me twice. Still waiting for my money.

Excellent service, Website wouldn't let me enter my address so I called them direct. My purchase was efficiently dealt with and the phone plan was extremely competitively priced. Also got some extras, again very well priced. The salesperson was very helpful. The phone arrived the next day exactly when stated.

Very un professional. This company sent me Tracking number verifying transaction. Then I get another email from this company saying my order was canceled. I did have to verify transaction due to this company is based outside of USA. They also continued to harass me through email saying my money is no good with them. I do not honestly know what i did to deserve that kind of treatment. They could have just canceled the order without being rude. Word to the wise DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE OF COLOR !!!!! ( I also have all the emails to show how rude these people are) and if there was an option to not give a STAR I would not give them 1!

kickmobiles Very easy to buy from, fast delivery and excellent service. Got a new iPhone on kickmobiles for my son at a great price. The phone was delivered the next day so the son was very happy. Was easy to compare different price plans from different companies and the offers were better than going direct to the mobile companies.

They shipped the phone promptly after receiving payment. This rating is due to my experience wit them after the purchase:I had made the mistake of ordering the wrong version of my phone. I politely asked their Support whether they had any idea for a solution for me; instead of being met with understanding, their policy pages were quoted for me with a rather hostile undertone, and in broken English with more typos than the Trump twitter account.I would have been perfectly happy had they simply told me that there is nothing they can do to help.

Kickmobiles sold me an excellent 'phone for a good price. Later I found the team at Kickmobiles really helpful in terms of aftercare. I lost the 'phone, which has been found but I had to provide the IMEI number to retrieve it. Within twelve hours they answered my request positively. So pleased with them!

This place is amazing! I was looking for an older Samsung Model and they actually gave me a very rare color phone (and a better model) for the same price! They also threw in a very cool free headset. They were kind, professional and very responsive (even though I'm on the other side of the globe they still got back to me super fast anytime I had a question and I had a few) and shipped really quick. This is how you treat customers! I would buy from them again anytime! A+++++++++

Kickmobiles buys up new phones (especially Samsung), to prevent people from getting them at a reasonable price. Then they resell them for 2 to 4x the price. Avoid at all costs
