Salesman seemed nice at first, then scratched our subwoofer with his PVC demo, annoying.Quote was £5800. No thanks. Gave it the whole ill speak to my manager we can use it for photos" etc. Suddenly £3800.No thanks! I thought White Gold was a comedy

No complaints. Knew when I invited a salesman to visit I would get the hard sell. That's their job, but knocking one star off for that. Having said that, the price was right, the arrangement were right, the service was right. And the quality was good for the price. Communication regarding the installation date was very good, and arrived just before the time advised. The fitter was friendly, polite and clean. The job was completed, and all mess cleaned up before being asked to sign the job sheet as completed.Over all, very satisfied with the whole experience. If anyone asks me, I'll say give them a call, get a price.

Absolutely appalling service and poor quality. I wrote another review a few weeks ago, explaining how the door they installed was bent and useless, needed changing. And how Safestyle kept postponing the day of fixing the problem on short notice and even on the day, with us taking days off for it. It was postponed till the 22nd June, we called and confirmed on the 21st and they assured us the engineer was coming. 22nd June in the morning...got a call to tell us that...they are not coming. You cannot talk to a manager, nothing. Over £5,000 spent with them and this is what we get. So, so sorry I decided to buy from them!

Absolute disgrace of a company. I had some patio doors fitted and it was a little hard to lock and the hinges squeaked really loudly which I wasn’t happy with after only 2 weeks installed so asked for a engineer to come and fix the little problems.Wow what a joke the engineer turned up and within 20mins had broke the whole locking mechanism and sprayed the plastic of hinges with some oil which didn’t help at all as still squeaksNow I can’t shut the patio doors without brute force and they have dropped and damaging other parts of the doors only one door locks and you need to put the 2 patio doors together so they close. My wife can not open the doors or close very easy and she works from home with pets.I have been told it will be 6 weeks before an engineer can come back out to fix what they broke. Absolute disgraceI rang to complain and was just told sorry that’s the date and I said yes but you bloody broke them.Never again do not use Safestyle uk.

Ordered windows in December and paid £1900, they surveyed 1st week of Jan, they then said couldnt install and cancelled the order. Been chasing the deposit refund ever since and keep being fobbed off by systems are down and can't do anything - but reading other reviews they are still taking other peoples orders, strange hey ! Much more likely they are on the point of insolvency and cant process any refunds AVOID

My experience has been good from start to finish. They do not pressure you to buy they keep you up to date at every turn. The fitters were on time and finished when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Quality of Windows and doors is very good and the finished product looks great. Recommend to others

Excellent job. Initial quote was carried out very professionally followed a few days later by the surveyor. Scaffolding arrived the day specified and the window fitters arrived next day. This was all within a 2 week period. Window fitters were very experienced, professional and very clean and tidy and all the work was carried out in one day. We are extremely happy with the final result. Thank you safestyle.

We have used Safestyle at our previous property and were extremely happy to use them again in our new house. Every representative we have seen or spoken to has been extremely polite and professional. The area manager Peter came out to us and we recognised him from our previous property so that was a bonus!The gentlemen that came to do our installation were great, we have a 15 month old who was at home during the entire fitting and they were amazingly patient throughout as well as doing everything they could to make sure we didn’t get chilly during the very cold late November day!Aftercare has been perfect too. Couldn’t be happier with the service we have had.

The window replacement met my needs on all scores. The installers were first class and very jovial and the speed was quite remarkable. I have noticed in the short time that the windows have been installed how much warmer the house is. For the amount of windows and doors that were installed I feel that cost was very good value for money. The house was left reasonably tidy with the tools they had but I would suggest that the purchase of a Henry type vacuum cleaner would have been the icing on the cake. However, at the end of the day the overall work and cost was worth it and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone looking for window replacements.

The representative, Gary who came to see us explained everything in detail that we wanted to know. Wasn't pushy. Gave us a very reasonable price for the job and organised the installation very quickly. The installation lads came on the day we arranged and installed the three windows in one afternoon. They cleared up after them and showed me how to open them and gave me the keys.Very pleased with the windows and have had no condensation on them as we did with the previous Windows that were replaced. Would highly recommend this company.
