Very nice staff, close to closing on a jammed night but still found room for us and we were surprisingly served very quickly. Noodles were good portions but the dumplings were the best part. Not over breaded like most places. Good spot that was open later while most were closed.

Went here for a meal with the family! It was pretty quiet, 2 tables including us. It was a casual dinner, what you’d expect when you go out for a hot hot. Was disappointed that there was no coconut! Overall a pleasant experience the only thing missing was the atmosphere

I ordered shrimp pot and I got meat... Let's say this was not a problem even if it was a huge problem because we don't eat meat but the meat was soooo old... And recooked and so hard plus the potatoes were also cooked days ago and now reheated... This restaurant is a joke and we would not ever eat here nor recommend it as the food is not fresh, I think the only fresh thing was the oil to reheat everything, other than that.... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLEWe eat out very often so we can consider this our worst experience ever! So so so bad! DO NOT EVEN think about eating here! Not even in case there is an apocalypse and there is no food left on the planet

This is the most authentic Chengdu flavour I could ever get in the UK honestly. The wonderful spicy and salty and fragrant taste immediately sent me back to my hometown. My husband also loves it very much. The many years I stayed in the Warwickshire, my Chengdu stomach was saved by their hotpot otherwise I’d be so depressed. The food is fresh too only perhaps the portion is a little small for the price we pay. But anyhow it’s just wonderful. Do order their Sichuan wide noodles for the main and deep fried pork as a snack. Beef trips and duck blood and the frozen tofu are all very good.

We arrived without a booking to a very busy evening. The staff were so friendly and managed to find a table for us quite quickly, table was thoroughly cleaned down before we took a seat.Once seated the staff asked if we had been before and went through how things work there with the hotpot" then continued to explain to us items on the menu. I found this very helpful as I was unsure how some of the items were served.The hotpot and food came out after not too long of a wait and we were both very impressed

Nice staff. The food was good overall. However, we ordered no spicy food, it was mildly spicy (-1 ⭐️) but it came fast.We tried many Chinese restaurants but this one was far more better than the others.One more thing to add is, if you would go for that dish which was chicken, please be careful as it is full of small bits of chicken bones.

Very bad dining experience, not recommended for Chinese or anyone else, first of all, the service attitude of this restaurant is generally very bad, bad for everyone, even worse for Chinese people. The food is not very fresh, there are often bad situations, and when you eat live insects, they will act as if nothing happened and treat customers who ask questions as enemies, extremely rude. I have video evidence of the waiter taking away the food with the insects in it and their owner angrily bringing another plate to replace it, we said no, so the owner left without a word, her face was very angry, and she was extremely disrespectful at the checkout.
