Thank you to Callum & the service team, who fixed the issue with my MINI very promptly, and even kindly provided a hot chocolate & biscuits for my 4 year old. The whole process was efficient & I’m extremely grateful that it’s now sorted! Highly recommend!

I have just completed the purchase on a mini countryman. The service that I received right from the start has been exemplary. At no time did I feel pressured into buying anything that did not meet my expectations. No question was to much trouble and I felt completely looked after with all my enquiries. A special mention to Kitty who went the extra mile to ensure I found my perfect car and looked after me during the whole process. I look forward to dealing with them in the future

Very Excellent service received from Mini Bury St Edmunds.Had a coolant leak issue and Daniel in parts had ordered the part required and then Emma booked the car in for the repair - all done within a couple of days. Tracy on service reception was great and the whole process was a very pleasant experience despite my 2013 Mini Countryman SD having to be repaired. Hope I have the names correct. Apologies if not. You were all great.Picked the car up all cleaned and ready to go and the cost was very reasonable. In fact I expected a £150 plus but it was well below this.Thank you all involved and I will certainly be back with the Mini for its Servicing when it needs it.

What a seamless process we had buying a mini. We reserved the car online and Declan contacted us briefing the next steps. On a weekend we went and did the documentation , got everything done within 2 hours and drove our car home. They made sure everything in the car is perfect and it was like new. Very happy with the car and experience. Very well done Declan and Jardine Mini team.

Would like to take the opportunity to thank Tom at the MINI store in Bury St Edmunds. I went to the store as my bonnet wouldn’t release and I need to top up my oil tank. Straight away Tom phoned the garage, they got my car in and fixed all in the time it took me to drink the coffee that was provided.Excellent service!
