Excellent environment for learning a martial art. The coaches are experienced and show infinite patience with my 8 and 11 year old boys. Can’t recommend the academy enough.

The friendly atmosphere and quality of instruction makes every second worthwhile. If you want to get fit, learn self defence or progress your BJJ skills, this is the place to do it. Coach Carlos is amazing, professional, friendly and very very good.

Fantastic professional atmosphere! A place where you can learn great self defense and discipline alongside building new friendships. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn BJJ/Self Defense or increase overall fitness. The coach is very knowledgable and adapts the teaching so everyone develops and improves their ability.

I’ve visited Rolldeep BJJ a couple times. each visit the teaching has been top quality, this is echo’d by the high skill level of everyone in the room.On top of that Carlos and the team gave me a warm welcome and made each visit leaving me itching to come back.If you’re looking to start your BJJ journey, look no further than Carlos and Rolldeep BJJ.

My daughter started here roughly a year ago after 5 years of Karate. She absolutely loves it here. Everyone is so supportive and welcoming. The progress all the children have made in their confidence, skills and fitness has been fantastic to watch. The children can choose to compete in the local competitions as well which they all have an amazing time at. If you are thinking about giving it a go, I would definately recommend trying here first.

Great range of classes, including wrestling and competition. Excellent atmosphere, and seminars with top tier professional practitioners. Coaches regularly compete in open invitation comps, with several members competing in (and winning) high-level invitation sub-only matches.Kids classes, adult beginners and advanced in Gi and No-Gi, wrestling and competition classes.The other team members are tough to roll with, but very supportive. An unbeatable vibe and sense of camaraderie.

I was in Nottingham for work and trained as a visitor. Great training environment with great instructions. HC Carlos is both patient and demands commitment from students. So great for learning! Strongly recommend to anyone living or visiting Nottingham to train there!

Great place! Great environment, very friendly people. I want to give a big shout out to Diogo. He is a very good teacher, friendly, patience and got good attention to details. He also helps you to work on techniques or positions you struggle with on specific training. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to train.
