Reading negative reviews can make you extremely anxious especially when you want to use a particular service provider for the first time. in my case it so happened that Osprey were selling the property that i fell in love with AND i needed to work with them. Im so glad that i did. It was my 1st buy and working with Lesley Jenkins was a pleasure. Typically with any big purchase there can be road-blockers or hurdles but i was able to gain confidence in that my agents was there to facilitate and progress my purchase and that i had the liberty to ask for all the information i needed to understand my purchasing journey. Thank you Lesley.

They are not serious people. every time I called , they told me will ring me back but have never done . When I finished the house contract with them and left the house in a total clean they tried absurd excuses for not return the deposit money. At the end of the contract I said I want to be present when they will control the house and I asked repeatedly let me know the time of they will control the house but no answer, they did it in secret to us to find reasons false. very very disappointed for bad service they offer, bad team that you feel mocked. very bad not advise anyone this agency.

I have chosen osprey in Kettering to sell my property and so far I am over the moon with them, always punctual, very professional, And competitive fees. Vicky worked really hard to get my property on the market within 24-48 hours of valuation, she is professional and easy to communicate with and prompt with feedback, I have sold many houses in the Kettering area and would highly recommend Osprey, I would definitely use them again

Used Osprey 18 months ago, at the time not the best agent i have used ,....however.. decided to try again due to favourable fees ,and i must say glad i did...... what a change around, brilliant from start to finish! Big Big thanks to newly appointed manager Lesley (obviously knows her stuff) and her team..... experienced in all aspects of selling a property which made the whole process a breeze...would recommend!

I had very unpleasant experience with this agent. They are not responsive, if you try to approach them for any issue with flat, it was hard to catch them, even in office timings. Be alert when taking flat through this agent, take as many pics as possible, including ceiling and email to them the day you took the property on rent.. Believe me they will come in much handy.. Have a clear communication.

I would like to start off my saying how helpful Lesley has been throughout the whole process of me buying my property. From day one she went above and beyond for me. I liaised with a lot of estate agents and I felt that I would never get my foot onto the property ladder. I explained to Lesley the problems that I'd experienced and she was so understanding and gave me the opportunity to finally purchase my first home. Her customer service was outstanding throughout and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Lesley and Osprey to anyone who would like help getting onto the property ladder. Lesley is a credit to the company.
