My friend used Move in Matters earlier and recommended them to me. Just finished my move few days ago and it was a terrific experience. From the first site visit to the communications and the actual move day, everyone in the team are very professional and efficient.Before the move, I had some questions and need to change my move date. Virpi always responded promptly and provided helpful info.We had asked the team to do the packing for us and it was a stress-free experience. Gabriel and his team are very efficient, polite, friendly and keep all our stuff in good condition. I am so thankful to have engaged them in our move! Move in Matters we recommended on a local Facebook group and I first got in touch with them last year when we were expecting to move. We have never used a removals company before and were a bit apprehensive on what you get for your money and potential for hidden costly extras but were so impressed from start to finish. The quote was simple, fair and transparent. It was never any trouble to move the date - our move fell through, came back together earlier this year, then the completion date moved several times and was confirmed with only a few days notice. Virpi was a dream and completely removed the stress out of coordinating the move whilst all this was happening!As for the move, the Harry, Lewis and the team arrived the day before and were so friendly and professional and began the packing. They really know what to do - everything was so quick, efficient and careful and in no time our house was packed away but also enough left for us to remain comfortable for our final night in our old house. The following day for the unloading was also so impressive - all our belongings were unloaded in rapid time and within a couple of hours of collecting our keys, we could put our feet up and relax.I really can't recommend the team enough! It is great to be supporting a local family business and the quality of service, value for money and professionalism cannot be beated - there's absolutely no need for the big removal companies when you have Move in Matters!Thank you for making our move stress-free and easy!

Had a great experience with using this company, took a lot of the stress away from the move. Responded quickly to emails and we could change the dates multiple times.Luis, Harry and Nathaniel, were very professional & respectful, they packed everything up quickly and in great order to make everything easy to unpack at the other end. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was really worried about moving house on my own as a single woman, but the lads from Move In Matters made it as pleasant and stress free as possible. They were so lovely, nothing was too much trouble and they took such care with all my belongings. Every body I had contact with from the company was wonderful. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We moved house a few days ago and Move In Matters were brilliant. Virpi and Tobias were responsive and communicative, even dropping off extra boxes for us a few days before the move.On the day, Harry and his team arrived promptly and were quick to remove all of our things, taking extra care of the furniture and house. Nothing was a big ask for them, and they were all very friendly, polite, and professional. Once we got to our new house, the guys unloaded the boxes into the correct rooms and reassembled furniture, which was a great help. Overall, very pleased with them and would be more than happy to use them again. Thank you!
