Wonderful staff! They truly go above and beyond. They worked so hard and have given so much care to our pet cat that was within hours of dying due to being lost and malnourished to the point of near liver and kidney failure. Dr. Tom has been especially gracious and considerate. They are a wonderful team.

Vet went out of his way to treat one of my dogs who is elderly and now unsteady on his legs. More than happy with his interest in my dogs, and the very calm gentle way in which he examined them during the course of my appointments.

Took my one year old feline in for spade. All I can say the staff are great there. Louise the manager was in communication with me week before the appointment and when I took her in today until they finished kept me upto date with the cost and how my cat was.

Friendly service, explained their prices before and just as importantly after cats first examination. My cat doesn't usually like being held by strangers however the vet had no problems with her. Also they advised me to contact the Cats Protection League for vouchers for money off treatments in the future.

Been really helpful in talking me through all charges of treatment, and a safer place to take our pet to get treated. Only that I needed to make an appointment with them after registering to ensure I can bring in a pet for a look up ..the rest of the service seems friendly and supportive

Only went to the Vets because I was told by one of their staff members that they had stronger stuff to treat Rabbits for fleas, I went to the appointment and I was given the same treatment as to what I have bought from Pets at home. Cost me £110 for a 5minute appointment, so disappointed and upset. I won't be trusting their word again.
