Great service and range of products. All installed and looks like much higher quality than other companies

Easy parking, great looking kitchens, loved the larder unit BUT no prices displayed anywhere, you have to see an advisor, I need 3 units for a utility room, I know what I what, I just want to see what you have, how much then possibly buy it load it and go. Can't do that so I'm off somewhere else.

Waste of time, AVOID!!! Booked an appointment, been there 10 min before, the sales team who was supposed to see us were not in the office. Completely forgotten our appointment!!! What a joke!!(((Journey both ways - 1 hour - arranging child care for three children to be able to go there, all wasted!!!)))

Good store, helpful staff and a great range of kitchens, Ironmongery, doors and joinery products, tools and some ppe and cleaning products. Plenty of parking.Social distancing and masks

Just browsing pending a house move, staff were friendly and helpful, not pushy at all and answered out questions without any hint of pushyness.Will most likely purchase through Magnet when the time comes.

Great on line/phone service and advice, would highly recommend, our kitchen looks fantastic.

Didn't really spend too long in here after meeting an adviser who seemed more interested in offering his thoughts on other kitchen suppliers and why we shouldn't get our kitchen from elsewhere.

Avoid!!!!!!! Booked an appointment online and had a follow up phone conversation to confirm. Arrived 10 min early to look around showroom and made ourselves known to staff. Was told the person we were seeing was out at the moment but would be back for our appointment. After waiting around for at least 20 min we made ourselves known to staff again. We were told by a very abrupt man that he was 'out' with a manger and to wait. Due to his attitude, general lack of interest in us and the fact that we had made special arrangements to be there we walked out. We were prepared to drop a substantial sum on a magnet kitchen, their loss! We went to Paul Newman kitchens which is near by and got a special service that only a small company can give. Wouldn't be shocked if this was another company to go under. Staff that don't care.

Didn't even get through the door. Booked an online appointment, made arrange to cover child care, then get a phone call the following day to say they have double booked as they have there own diary - can we come next weekend (once the deals were finished)? What's the point of a booking system if you just ignore it. If that's the first impression, you won't get any further....business going elsewhere.

Nice products but bad customer service they changed the order accused us of being liers i proved i was right by emails and they still lied. Customer service us awful!
