Came to have a look at a car, wasn't in good condiotion, kept saying it was serviced but needs a stamp, sales guy didn't look interested, like he didn't want to be there, wasn't trying to tell us more about the car. He also wasn't aware of a price drop which they advertised online nor he tried to double check it, just shrug his shoulders. Very disappointed as wasted a lot of time coming there.

Worst deal ever in my life… they sold me the car write off by insurance and the car started to give problems in gear box ..not even 1 year last from the purchase date… very disappointed.

I saw this car on zuto. Had the car delivered for a £50 fee to West Yorkshire. The first two weeks there was a massive issue with the suspension arms on both sides. Had to have them replaced on my own accord. Into the coming weeks the car started making a really awful noise and the engine light came on so I took it to my local garage who was going to attempt to do the tracking and have a look but then advised me the exhaust had holes in. I phoned the guy from the sales up who asked me to take the car back to Bolton where it had come from to get this issue sorted out. I took the car after been advised it would be fixed there and then to only be told that the car would be over there a few days to be fixed. I got the car back after 4 days with the same recurring issues and the sales guy didn’t want to know. I’ve been in dispute with this car sales via Zuto who tried sorting it for me and the sales didn’t want to know. Within weeks, after numerous calls to Zuto, the car sales guy phoned me and asked me to take it over a second time to bury for it sorting out. After numerous failed attempts at having it sorted, I accepted if they came for the car then they can take it to be fixed and this issue can be resolved. (New exhaust or rejection of the car) they then phoned me when they got the car to their garage to advise me the engine gear box mount under the car needed replacing as that is what is causing the issues with the car. (I payed £65.00 in cash for the issue fixing when they dropped the car back off) at this point they were suppose to sort the exhaust out to only take off a welded piece and miss another hole completely. I would stay well away from this business. The rip off merchants selling dodgy cars and putting them through fake MOT’s especially after giving them so many opportunities to put things right. You may think you’ve got away with this but believe me, I’ve got all the relevant data, paperwork and evidence so I will eventually see you in court Mr Shakeel.Anybody who has ever bought a motor from these, please have them checked at an approved garage to ensure they haven’t done what they have done to me to anybody else. This has cost me an absolute fortune!

i bought an Honda jazz and it had a noise from the gear boxes when i bought the car they knocked me 150 pound of the price .when i got in touch with them they bought a gearboxesand i bought the clutch they fitted the new gearboxes for 200 pound they are very fair thanks alot

I have purchased my very first car from Whitefield Motors and I am very happy with the customer service provided. I passed my driving exam in May and I was looking for a reliable car with not so many miles. I got the right one from them! Car looking really good and clean, drives well and it has been well looked after! No Scratches on the inside body work and very few ones that are barely noticeable on the outside bodywork. Really happy to have purchased my car with full history service from Whitefield Motors, as Shak was very nice to me and helped me to get this car for my budget. All fully serviced, fresh MOT and delivered to my door. I could not have gotten anything better for this price and miles! Thank you Shak :)

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I bought a 4x4 Vauxhall Antara from these just over 6 Months ago. It developed a grinding noise from the front end less than a week later. When i tried to get hold of them to report the issue they didn't respond. Any how i've ended up taking it to my local garage who have fixed it at a further cost £1242. As unhappy as i am i need the car so had to pay for it to be fixed without losing more money on selling a duff. Avoid these at all costs. Its not worth it. I will pursuing them to try and get some funds back for what i have lost. They clearly don't check the car they take in and put on Dodgy MOT's in a dodgy back street garage.

Great experience. Absolutely in love with my new car. Shakeel was great from the get go. From the second I seen my car on the website he was so informative and couldn't do enough to help work with me and work around my strange working hours. They even delivered the car to me for free! Brilliant car, took the train from London to picadilly where I was picked up from the staff. I was then taken to the garage and shown the car. Was described perfectly. Would definitely recommend. 10/10.
