Despite the apartment's current state, I submitted my application because Sophie assured us that I wouldn't have to worry about anything when it was time for someone to move in. She was great!

Was looking for apartment to rent and comments from friends was really a let down, but trust me not with Dixons at 110 church road Yardley, very professional in handling matters. Our landlord left us in the lurch but Dixons went above and beyond to help us.Harry sorted our temporary accommodation and kept us up to date regularly to help reduce our stress - we can't thank him enough.Amber was also a star, helping us move into our new property as quick as possible and ensuring the process was as smooth as could be.We wouldn't rent with anybody else - Dixons have always helped us as much as they possibly can.Ryan helped us with our last property and we always polite and friendly, contacting us frequently with updates.Great team all round!All well mannered and bend over backwards to sort out your problems as quick as possible.

I went for a viewing of the apartment 5 on Shirley Road and l met with the lovely Sophie who showed me around the place and all I can say I fell in love with it, the landlord had done it up so nice and I already started imaging myself moving in with my partner and living together. I took an application form as soon as I walked in and now I wait to see if I get accepted (which by the way I reallyHope I do because I cannot stop thinking about the home). It had a modern touch to it and felt so homely and it is perfect for couples! Sophie was so lovely and answered every question of mine and explained the process really well to me and I would give her more than 5 stars if I could!! Perfect

I've heard great things about the selling team, wish I could say the same about the lettings team.I rented a property in acocks green last year, and at the beginning of my tenancy, I found vast amounts of webs, dust etc around the property. I asked for them to be cleaned and addressed, to which I had a reply back saying that's the norm".Ok - fair enough. Fast forward when I gave my notice to leave
