We were staying at the accommodation next door. Had the most delicious tapas lunch in the charming garden. Hosts are very friendly as are their lovely staff. They are very passionate about the food, drink and whole experience they provide. We also had a problem with a pre booked taxi. We had returned for a drink whilst waiting for our taxi and the staff noticed us waiting outside for a long time. The very kind owner ended up taking us to the wedding we were attending. As our meal the day before had been so good we had booked for breakfast. This too was amazing. Fresh home cooked food.Such a great find, wish we lived nearer as this would be a place we’d come to regularly.

These guys know what they are doing. At the recently opened Vinery, Maria and Andy have successfully created a European food experience, in a Nottinghamshire village pub. Any one who has ever enjoyed the food on a holiday in the med, just book in now. You can almost hear the sea lapping in the distance. Well done guys, lovely Tapas meal the other night for our visiting friends. You deserve every success with this.

Its highly unusual for me to not write a review about a new Restaurant straight away, but I have been busy, so I have now visited 3 separate occasions, different times and days. All have been equally as great, consistent with the Service, Food and Staff. The ambience and relaxation also needs mentioning. The Service is really good. The Chef is exceptional and the tapas dishes we have had, were all outstanding. Huge portions and 4 plates seem a lot for 2 people, so its fabulous value for money too.My Husbands favourite is the Confit Duck and mine the Tartiflette. Not to forget the most amazing pudding menu on offer. The drunken raisins with their ice cream is to die for. They have a good choice of wine and soft drinks, with various choices of teas always available in a pot!.The Staff are all friendly and helpful and want to please. This is right on our door step too for our Clients use to visit, so I will be adding this to my places to eat locally for my company. Highly recommended.I have also recommended the Tapas to several people already that have issues with any intolerances to include GF etc, the Chef is happy to work with alternative options if required.Thank you Guys, we are now regular Clients and hope you continue to go from strength to strength.Best wishes.Tina

First visit, friendly staffing, helpful, cookery books available for reading. Nice relaxed atmosphere, choice of rooms. Well appointed facilities, good choice wines , helpful menu. Tapas just like abroad only better fresher without the travel. Great food . Will be going again.

We popped in on our way to the races. The kitchen was closed as it was mid afternoon but the lovely owner was more than happy to accommodate us. She made us a lovely selection of tapas. Nice little quaint pub. Lovely staff. Wish we lived nearer would definitely visit again.

This pub is a real gem, welcoming and friendly the staff and owners work hard to make every visit special. The Tapas is excellent, all home made and beautifully presented. Highly recommended a visit to this pub, can’t wait to try the Sunday lunches. Maria and Andy are super hosts and have created a traditional British pub with a Mediterranean twist.

As local residents we had not had the chance to visit our new local and it didn't disappoint. We absolutely love what Maria and Andy have done with the place. The ambience is lovely and welcoming and the staff couldn't do enough for us when we visited with the in-laws for an evening meal. The menu was reasonably priced and creative with lots to choose from and the food was really really tasty. After living in the village for ten years it is great to finally experience a true 'local' as our local. Would highly recommend and wish the team at the Vinery all the best for the future.
