Needed a washing machine door fitted, first engineer turned up and couldn't do the work, the second arrived and was able to complete the work in the hour, a little frustrating the first engineer could not complete the work.

In August 2021 my mother had a leak fixed under her sink. All good.Consequently, she asked for quotes for a number of other jobs, explaining that she couldn't have them all done together, it would depend on price.However, the quote provided was for ALL the jobs together. She rang to ask for itemised quotes. They said they were busy, but would get back to her.After some months, both I and then my husband rang to chase up. Instead of telling us they didn't want the jobs, we were repeatedly fobbed off with 'it will be with you soon'.Guess what. No response. Unreliable and dishonest.

we recently had some fairly extensive electrical and plumbing work carried out by this excellent team and cannot praise them highly enough. From the prompt contact with the office to the work carried out by their excellent engineers we could find no cause for complaint...Should we require any further work on our very old house we would not hesitate in contacting them again. ....Roker..Sunderland.

Over 3 hours to replace 1 radiator. I already had replacement. Management thinks this is a reasonable time to connect 2 pipes and drill 4 holes. Disgusting.

Had very good service from Kevin at this company today. I was phoned to inform me when he was coming. He did the repair quickly and then assessed another plumbing job which, not being urgent, has been arranged for completion at a time convenient to me.

Avoid at all costs. The engineer came, broke something in the boiler and then told me I had to pay for the replacement which I have had no choice but too as my tenants cannot be left without hot water and heating due to it being winter. The work was supposed to be carried out 18/11/2022. It was to be a general service of the boiler.Once the engineer had broken the piece I was told one story 18/11/2022 and a different one 19/11/2022 He broke it. £300 later I am then told this was for the part, labour (more time in his van then at the property) and I am then I am told I have to pay for another service on the boiler. I’ve now just received a call from my tenants to confirm that the boiler doesn’t work, they have no heating or hot water 2 weeks after a job they completed. Needless to say we won’t be coming back to this company as this is shoddy work

New kitchen tap fitted. Kevin the plumber came on time, was polite and efficient and did a great job.Even called the next day to reassure me on a point I did not understand.Have used this company before and will use them again

I was quoted £414 to put a small fence up and to repair my gate Kevin arrived and put the fence up but could not fix the gate as bricks were crumbling he then said I will go away and see what I can do and send a quote out which was going to cost another 200 + on top so I said just leave the gate so for a very small fence I have paid £414 absolutely disgusting below is a picture of the fence
